{"id":135,"date":"2007-03-02T10:49:45","date_gmt":"2007-03-02T10:49:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hecht-enns.com\/?p=135"},"modified":"2007-03-04T22:44:09","modified_gmt":"2007-03-05T02:44:09","slug":"snow-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.thingsthatgrowinmygarden.com\/?p=135","title":{"rendered":"Snow Day  :-("},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today is a snow day.\u00c2\u00a0 We started with lots of snow falling yesterday, then freezing rain\u00c2\u00a0coming.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Today the temperature is supposed to hover around 0, and we are expecting snow, freezing rain and ice pellets&#8230;So all the schools are closed, no buses, and lots of other things are cancelled, including R&#8217;s field trip with her pre-school to an art gallery.\u00c2\u00a0 You know, snow days were much more fun when I was a student.\u00c2\u00a0 Now as a parent I&#8217;m desparate to DO something with R and pretty much everything is closed! Sigh.\u00c2\u00a0 What can you do.<\/p>\n<p>Update:\u00c2\u00a0 I called my good friend K and invited myself and R over!!
