So it was another day with funny R quotes. After lunch she asked what we were going to do in the afternoon. I suggested we go swimming at Grandpa’s pool (the community pool near his house). She asked if Grandpa would come, I told her we could call and ask. So we call, and I put her on the phone. I hear her start with “Grandpa…can” then she hesitates. Next she says “I was wondering Grandpa….can you come swimming this afternoon with me?” What a charmer.. She knows how to pour it on when she needs it!<\/p>\n
Later in the day, she was outside playing with neighbour B. B has a remote control car that he is playing with, and R really wants a turn. She attempts to use brute force to get it, and daddy stepped in and told her that it was B’s toy, and B didn’t have to share it if he didn’t want to. So my daughter turns back to B and says.
