Sorry for the yucky picture!<br \/>\nIt seems I now have tendonitis in my elbow-ish joint.   My right arm hurts to pick up things, and any turning is nasty.  I looked up my old physio (from those carpal tunnel years in 2001) and surprise surprise he is still at the old place!  He punctured me with all those needles, and I felt better.
